Lucas opened his first law office in 1997 to aggressively represent clients in a variety of litigated matters. Although litigation is the hallmark of our firm, our attorneys also represent clients in criminal matters, real estate transactions, estate planning, and general business and corporate matters. In fact, small business advice and counseling has become a major part of our practice.

Kathleen Sheedy, a general practitioner with over 25 years of broad based legal experience. Kathy handles all phases of civil litigation, workers comp and social security. Lourdes Lucas, a former district attorney in the New York District Attorney’s Office, handles criminal matters and complex civil litigation. Lourdes also spent several years working in-house for a telecommunications company where she honed skills in labor and employment practice, telecommunications, regulatory, contractual matters and a wide variety of litigation matters. Lourdes has been with the firm since 2004.
